2. Nature of Platform & Role of Organizer

FriscoBiryani.com operates strictly as an independent community coordination and reservation platform connecting local food enthusiasts with licensed commercial culinary partners. The platform organizer (Contact: team@svstech.com) acts solely as a digital host and does not directly prepare, manufacture, or store food items.

3. Food Safety & Health Waiver

All food items supplied through weekend batches are prepared exclusively in certified commercial kitchen facilities adhering to Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) guidelines. However, participants acknowledge that food products may contain common allergens (including nuts, dairy, gluten, and spices). FriscoBiryani.com, its operators, and its technical teams disclaim all liability for allergic reactions, dietary sensitivities, or foodborne illnesses.

4. Payments, Zelle & Refunds

All orders require peer-to-peer verification via Zelle. Reservations are non-refundable once the batch preparation window commences. The platform is not responsible for misdirected bank transfers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the platform operators, developers, or affiliated entities at team@svstech.com be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption of food items or use of this website.
